compared to the nicer areas the price is resonable, however the square footage sucks!!!!! when i first moved in my wash machine wouldnt empty, i called the managment that day and finally on day number 3 the maintance guy showed up. my dryer was finally fixed 8 months into the lease, my dishwasher has never worked properly, but they have come out and looked at it a few times, only to tell me there is nothing wrong with it. the bathroom sucks, u cant get the tub clean, the drain doesnt drain well, and the hot water heater is sooooo tiny. the hot water last about 13 min. wouldnt recommend this to anyone, not even my worse enemy. the actual manager is aweful, the assistant manager is cool, the only good part of the apt. for some reason the maintance people suck. they might look into whatever problem eventually when they get around to it. was sitting in my living room one night and heard 2 gunshots behind the house. real shady neighborhood. dont feel safe at all!! the pool was green the month of june, i wasnt going to swim in that!
