When you look at these apts. make sure you look close. Everything is made to look nice, but done very cheap and doesn't last. I really feel the surrounding area should make rent much cheaper.

Parking: There's always parking! It just may not be close enough for some so they park all over the street or on the crub. They also get broken into, tires slashed, or even stolen. And there may not be a walk way to your apt. so you have to walk around a large area or walk through flooded muddy grass areas.

Noise: You can hear everything the people in the next room are saying... and doing..
If anyone has bass on their tv or stereo you will feel and hear it. Not to mention all the cars who feel it necessary it have their subs turned up at any hour of the night or morning as they roll through.

Grounds: Grounds are well kept. If you are off on mondays you get to wake up to lawn mowers and weed eaters.

Safety: You are surrounded by the hood. Cars get stolen! Tires get slashed! Nuf said.

Staff: I like them. They do what they can with what they're given and are always nice and helpful.

Maintenance: Looks nice, but not quality. They usually come fix things when they say.

Ever since they got bought, things have gone down hill. The office staff is snobby and rude. They are plenty sweet when you are a prospective tenenat with great credit.. but just wait until your first mantainence or noise issue. Wait till you move out and get charged an excessive amount... then you'll see
