This apartment community is surrounded by thugs & thieves! They will tell you that they have a gate to 'help' keep this out but it does absolutely no good. People jump the fence at the back of the property at night and do whatever they please. Including but not limited to keying, denting, or breaking into your car, kicking in your door and robbing your apartment or breaking into the laundry room to steal quarters. There is a Richland County police officer who lives there but she's only one person. I myslf haven't seen her but I'm sure she does do 'some good'. I was was told by one Richland police officer the he has written at least 15 police reports since January for cars being stolen out of this place!
Bottom line... Do not move here! It is terrible, office staff will tell you they're doing all they can do and they may be but it's not enough. If they were, it would stop happening. It may look pretty nice but it is being taken over by the hood!
