I have been in here for almost a yr. Have seen a couple changes in the office staff/maintenance. Regardless... I have seen maybe.... Maybe .... 2 bugs since i have lived here. Not blind in have LOW TOLERANCE for any ants, roaches etc. I expected the absolute worse!
I even moved in with my own supply of a small case of room fog sprays... never had to use them! Wasnt sure what to expect and took a short term lease(6mo) as a test drive i have renewed to a yr. Furnace died.. got a new one... Fridge broke down.. got a new one.

I think their new maintenance staff could be more considerate in followups etc. Previous staff before the holidays were always concerned and would voluntarily ask.. hows things.. leave notes or calls if they did or still needed to do something. Past issues: replaced furnace & fridge new transition strip and lock at front door, and patio door screen door would not stay on track. All fixed and followed up.
I have heard loud music on occasion in cars but this is a public place and its not on going. I would recommend these apartments.
* When i moved to town there was a promo go on, fit my budget .. and renewed at the same with no increase. That was a plus. Location is excellent for Highway 26 access.
My comparison to others is not fair... this is my first move to the south.
