I moved in to a 2 bedroom townhouse sight unseen because I was transferring my lease withing the same company. My former apt. was beautiful and perfect! Upon arriving at Stoneridge, my apartment was disgusting! The carpet had not been vacuumed or shampooed and was infested with fleas. There were dead and live roaches everywhere, and someone had used the downstairs toilet and not flushed! The laundry connections are in a tiny rotting wooden hut OUTSIDE of the apartment. Mine was infested with spiders and roaches and smelled like urine. There are NO SMOKE DETECTORS. The insulation is very poor. It was too hot in the summer to even sleep in the bedrooms because they are upstairs. The same rooms are freezing in the winter. Overall, these apartments are HUGE, but bug infested, damp, dark, and unsafe. I moved to Broad River Trace after 6 months and have been happy ever since!

i have to agree. the laundry room is disgusting. its a very small rotting room attached to the kitchen. there are holes in the floorboarding and bugs everywhere. i never even wash clothes at night. the cockroaches and spiders are ridiculous. its gross to say the least. and you were right, it does smell like piss.
