I lived in these apartments for over a year. The two bedroom we received was VERY large, especially considering the price. The area is nice and very convenient. But we lived on the first floor in an end unit, and the bugs along the end of the apartment were horrible. They crawled through the baseboards so often (small bugs of all kinds) that we actually put masking tapes along the baseboards to try to help. So we had tape all over the baseboards with bugs stuck to it. The managers were friendly, but they NEVER adequately addressed the problem. I would not live there again. We may be moving to Columbia again, and I'll be looking for an apartment NOT on the river, and not an end unit. Hopefully that will help.
