What a big mistake it was moving into an apartment here. Upgrades...yeah right! My apartment is falling apart, the balcony is a disaster and will probably never get fixed, the stairs and porch are falling apart, some of the board are so weak I'm wondering when I'll fall through. Some steps can easily be lifted up because the nails aren't even holding them down. Since I've lived here, the shower has broken twice, the refrigerator needed to be replaced on the day before a Major Holiday, the floor in my living/dining room is crumbling underneath, and this is just the beginning. Anyone considering moving here better think again. I can't wait until my lease is up. If I had the money to break it, I'd split now! I've been told maintenance is working on these things, yet I've asked since I moved in and that was over 6 months ago!!!
