If you're a do-it-yourself type person, w/money to spend on repairs and bug spray, then Stone Ridge is the place for you! The staff is rude,flirtatious,unprofessional, and always full of smart comments.

The office hours may as well be nonexistent, b/c the staff is always MIA.

Doesnt matter if you call, or stop by the office, nine times out of ten, they wont be there.The bugs are bad, and they never bother to fumigate.

Most apartment complexes come every so often to spray.

Not the case w/stone ridge.

But the real issue that I have is the fact that if you have something that needs to be repaired, it never gets done.

I have a small problem that needs fixing, it has been months and its still not repaired.

They never return any calls and always use the line, "Well, we have a/c- heating units out, so we'll get to it when we can".

Fat chance..

I'm still waiting for repairs to be done from when I first moved in..I never recommend this place, and when my lease is up, I will be moving.
