Okay, sure, these other residents had to deal with some really bad junk. Sure. That happens everywhere. But with the new management (here since summer 2005) the place is SO much better. I had to move to a new apartment on site due to mold in the old one. Hitches' a few. BUT they worked WITH us. If you approach them they are SO understanding. I really think there are a few minor problems logistically here, but on the whole I will probably stay here until I HAVE to move elsewhere. Top notch place. (And they are interested in the lives of their clients not just the pay!) BTW the place has been remodeled.
