When I moved in almost a year ago Stoneridge was apparently doing a renovation. They built themselves a very nice office right by the pool with beautiful bathrooms by the pool. On the other hand my apartment had a large hole in the front porch for at least 2 months while they waited to get some wood to fix it. They actually had recently painted the apartments when I moved in and it looks better but now there is paint spray on all of the crappy old windows. My air conditioning has had to be repaired atleast 3 times but it has worked for about 2 months now. I live in a 3 bedroom town home and my electricity bill is about $200 in the summer while its still hot inside, during the winter when we luckily hardly ever had to use the heat our bill was still $130:( The kitchen cabinets have been painted way too much, they are disgusting just like the walls because they simply paint over whatever happens to be there from hair to tape. The floors inside are sinking... don't be fooled by the model which looks very nice, and also notice that the bedrooms don't have overhead lights and you can't get a cable or internet hook up in every bedroom. Seriously consider other apartments PLEASE!

Does anyone know if there are black countertops in ALL the townhomes! I just got one after seeing the model and NOW I'm really worried! The countertops were the deciding factor.... HELP! Did I make a mistake? I wanted the nicer countertops! Do they all have 'em?
