It's funny no one has mentioned the fact that one of the people arrested in the shooting in the fall on broad river road was arrested here! I have heard gunshots in the middle of the night several times and am concerned about safety. At least one car has been broken into while we have lived here.
The model apartment is very nice but the rest of the place is falling down. Both toilets have broken since we've been here. One of our fuses that operates the refridgerator periodically turns off. The front door only has a deadbolt.
The maintenance list we turned in when we moved in has been ignored.
I have found the office staff to be nice and friendly. The "emergency" maintence people come quickly, but our original list hasn't been touched. The blinds are in horrible shape, and the bathtub is completely peeling.

One big complaint I have is that our neighbors smoke and we can smell smoke in our apartment and it's horrible. I have horrible headaches b/c of this and there isn't anything we can do, except open our windows when it's 20 degrees outside.

I wish I had known this side of town is pretty dangerous before I moved in. I'm moving as soon as our lease is up.

Thank you, cause I lot of people who live on Broad River won't tell the truth and I heard BR was pretty dangerous,lots of shooting,I won't be moving on that side of town!
