Yeah! We rented this place after we fell in love with the model. Upon our move-in our A/C unit was broke so we had to stay in a hotel (which they paid for) and then they told us the unit was fixed. We moved in to find out that we had A/C, but that it never turned off. So...we had to stay in a hotel for another couple of days.
Plan on buying a land line because you will NEVER get signal in your apartment. It's like living in the mountains here.
Management is nice, but only after they're having to be because they know they screwed up and they're kissing your butt. There was one day where I came to complain and made sure I showed up when the office opened but the girl was 2 hours late and then when we finally caught her in the office, she lied and said she had been there all along but I checked every 30 minutes since they were "supposed" to open and I never saw her.
There's no such thing as seniority here. I stayed here for 12 months and paid rent always on time and turned in my 60 notice but explained DAILY that there was a possibility that I might need to stay longer because of closing on my house and to not pre-lease my apartment. When I asked if it was possible to add a couple of days at the end of my lease, they had already pre-leased my apartment and wouldn't budge with giving me any days to spare. Am having to rent another hotel because my house isn't ready yet and they cared only about making money than being understanding. Walls are half painted and if you angle a light on the living room walls, you'll see a thick paint line down the middle of the wall.
Neighbors never pick up after their dogs so you're going to have to watch where you step. Business center is not open 24 hours anymore, only during office hours. Attracts college kids so noise is always an issue. My neighbors played drums at 12 am on weekdays and never got the hint after numerous beatings on the wall. Apartment office never cared about noise or people cleaning up after their pets. Compliants were made but never saw any changes.
