STONE RIDGE STONE RIDGE STONE RIDGE!!!!!
Stone Ridge lured me in by offering 100 dollars off my rent for a year. I should have known that something was UP. Where can I start. The day I signed my lease the lady gave me the wrong apt number and key. I walked into a unclean apt with food and stuff still in the refrigator. In the front side of the 1300 building there are assigned parking spots that none residents park in and you have to park around back. And, if you have two vehicles then you constantly have to park one around the back. The apartments are really really noisy. You have noise up above and to either side of you. I had two water leaks from the apartment up above from the light fixture in my bathroom. And what did they do to cover up the BROWN SPOTS from the water leaks they painted over it. The maintenance paints over everything. Please believe me if they work on anything paint is the FIX. The whole door knob to the front door fell off. And they used paint once again to help attach the knob back.
