Three months ago I would have recommended Tamarind to anyone looking for an apartment. Until my hot water heater broke. It took 8 days to get it fixed-8 DAYS!!! And even then it was an outside plumbing company that had to come fix it. And I've had other problems that are too involved to explain. Everyone who works there give me the runaround, and I have left 4 messages with the manager and she still has not called me back. Thumbs down.
