Overall, this place sucks. I lived at the tamarind for 1 horrible year. There is hardly anything good to say about it and i would not recommend that place to anyone. The #1 problem is the staff. Besides people quitting every month (every time i went in that office there was someone new), they are unreliable and sometimes dishonest people. Nothing ever gets done and when you try talk to them about problems in your apartment, or anything that has to do with the contract, they give you one answer this day and another answer another day. They definately do not go even remotely out of their way to make you comfortable. There have been 2 fires there where people were injured. Parking is lacking. The buildings are cheaply made, and some are falling apart if you look closely. Anyway, if you're on an apartment search, don't live here!
