These apartments aren't all that bad. They are older, so you do have to deal with the problems of old appliances. Floor plans are pretty nice and porches are so huge! Also, the office and maintence staff are great...very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and there are always plenty of parking space. I will say that there are A LOT of bugs (roaches specifically) but that could be because I was on the first floor facing the woods. One thing that really disgusted me though was the mold in our apartment. It definitely wasn't ready to be moved into. Maintence came and spray painted the inside of our cabinets brown to get rid of the mold!!! That just made it smell worse and I don't think that did anything but cover up the mold. And we could never use the space under our bathroom sink because of mold and a continuosly leaky faucet. But like I said...the apartments are pretty old. They are decent though, good prices, friendly staff, and safe (well lighted). odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
