I love my home. The layout, with a huge deck that angles away from other apartments, makes it feel like a home rather than an apartment dwelling. The interior is well planned and very pretty. It is a couple decades old but I find it to be an advantage in the solid workmanship. I rarely hear my neighbors and feel very safe even walking outside at 2 am.
Parking perplexes me. Why is it that I come home one night and there are a lot of parking spots available and then the same time the next night and the parking lot is full' In the 3 years I've lived here I haven't figured that one out. But I have only had to park outside of my parking lot once in all that time.
Maintenance is slow and it is best to get it in writing. Also, I have not experienced a problem with bugs until this season. All I had to do was call and request the exterminator to visit.
The staff has been friendly and (what I appreciate the most) hands off. I have lived in communities where if management experiences a problem with one or two residents EVERYONE got threatening notices, amendments were made to leases and/or changes were made in policy. I have not experienced that here and assume that management has dealt with the problems without making it uncomfortable for the rest.
I rated this place a 4 on most aspects because although there can always be improvements I have been very comfortable here.
