Don??t be fooled by the seemingly friendly staff that wants to do anything to please you until you sign a lease! The management is horrible and are rude as can be. The apartments are very nice if you love roaches everywhere! And don??t believe the management when they tell you that they do pest control every month because that is just a straight up lie. The only time they come spray is when you have harassed them enough that they send someone out who takes 2 seconds to spray your bathrooms! Not anywhere else! There was not a single time that I could go into the kitchen without killing at least ten baby roaches! They are so bad that you can??t even keep food in your cabinets! I was halfway through a bowl of cereal when a roach floated to the top of my lucky charms! Talk about disgusting. I should of taken the bowl and made the people in the office eat it but it was a Sunday! Also don??t expect anything that is broken or damaged when you move in to ever get fixed! After move in inspections I went into the bathroom and got locked in because the door handle was broken! And when I called to get it fixed they told me they would be right there??needless to say I called a dozen times and for the 13 months that I lived there it did not get fixed! However they did come repair my roommate??s toilet that wasn??t even broken and we didn??t even call about it. Also the screen door to the bedroom was not on track properly and finally just fell off track one day??and that also was not fixed. Oh and don??t be surprised when you get an $80 water bill when you move out because the apartment complex is getting repairs to their office and use a hose that is hooked up to your building! Also you might not want to walk alone at night because I was followed up to my apartment by a suspecious person who then hung around on my balcony waiting for me to open the door. Needless to say Don??t Waste Your Money On Theses Apartments!
