We moved into Tamarind last November and it has been just fine so far. There is a lot of available parking and the neighbors are quiet and polite. We chose to move here because the apartments are extremely well priced compared to others in the Columbia area. We found our apartment to be very adequate and have had no bug problems. Our AC went out one time but it was because we put too high quality of an air filter on it. The maintenance guy came out immediately to look at it and discovered the problem. Other than that, we have had no issues. The staff in the office has been nothing but friendly and our neighbors are very friendly as well. We are neat freaks and would not recommend these apartments if they were not clean and nice. I am not sure where the other reviewers are coming from, but for the price you are paying, these are the best apartments you will find. I know because we looked everywhere.
