Close to downtown. The area is quiet. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly. Felt safe. Found management to be friendly and nice. You reap what you sow.

Pool is small. Windows and doors of our apartment were old and drafty. AC and heat did not work that great either, thank heaven for the fireplace.

I would say inspect the actual apartment you are renting. They are replacing windows and ac units, but if you don't look before you sign you could be getting one that hasn't been updated. Frig needed to be replaced also. Seems they like to repair and patch more than they like to replace and update.
