I've been terribly disappointed with Tamarind. They constantly hang banners at the entrance saying how much they care about and love their residents, yet they are totally unresponsive when it comes to maintenance issues. One of my toilets hasn't flushed correctly since I moved here. I have to plunge and flush several times everytime I use it. I've called the office at least 4 times and they still can't get it fixed. Also, when I moved in it became apparent to me that they had spray painted the tub and closet rods with a cheap latex paint to "gloss over" the surfaces. After a week or two of showers and batha, the paint began flaking off the tub and would get all over our skin.
