Friendly, quiet, well maintained

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I've lived at Tamarind for almost 2 years, and have just renewed for another 6 months. The staff is friendly and knows you by name. Response time to any maintenace request is prompt. In the past year,they've spent a lot of money on the upkeep with a new paint job on the entire complex, and repaving the lots. Parking is extremely convenient - right outside my door. The neighbors are quiet.
the rent is reasonable.
As a working professional, I highly recommend Tamarind. It's a great place to live.
