I lived at the Arbors for a year and I only moved because I needed to be closer to campus. I thought the apartments were very well-maintained and the appliances were new and always worked. Maintenance requests were answered quickly as compared to every other apartment complex I've lived in. The office staff were so nice and helpful. My roomate and I never had problems with noise. They are kind of pricey for Columbia, but you get a full-size washer/dryer and huge closets. It seemed like a good place for families as well.
