My experiences at The Arbors has been pleasant. The management is friendly and eager to assist you in any way. The maintenance staff is professional and respond quickly to requests. The price is high, however, considering the size of the apartments. I have caught wind of domestic/criminal problems around the complex, however none have impacted me directly (thankfully). Living on the first floor can be noisy, depending on who lives above you. I had to go upstairs and speak to the woman living there because the noise was absolutely unbearable. Despite any problems that I may have encountered, I would still recommend The Arbors to anyone.
