I have been living at the Arbors for over a year with a family of 3 and i would recommend this apartment complex to all my friends and family. I Love these apartments the staff will go out of their way to make your stay here the most comfortable one in the whole Columbia area. before you rent anywhere!!! come see the Arbors at Windsor Lake because its definitely worth all your time ....not to mention there is an elementary school 50 feet away from the complex just for the little ones.....
