It is nice place..but had to make one too many maintenance requests (for A/C , heater , shower etc) probably because the apartments are little bit older. They are good about fixing things though, they fix all the requests next day.
Little bit pricier for the apartments they have.. Very convenient to lots of places in columbia..gated community , pool ,tennis court. Very nice staff.
Mail station is kind of in weird place,you have to pull up , get your mail , pull back to get through the gate security..kind of weird.overall O.k.
