I have lived in the apartment complex for three years, and up until the past year, things were great. Until new management was added. The previous manager, who gave the best service I've ever had, had a baby, and they replaced her with a cold, non-caring woman that is the current manager of this complex. The drywall behind my shower is completely rotted, and tile just falls off randomly. Because of this, I had an ant infestation. It took them 3 months to even show up at the apartment to fix this - and this was after I took pictures and threatened to send them to the news. I was robbed at gunpoint at my front door in December, and the "on-site" police officer didn't show up until the next evening. I have been told 6 times about 6 different issues that they would have to check on that issue and then call me back, but no one ever calls me back - EVER - and this is the MANAGER that gives these promises. I am up for renewal, and they insult me on top of all of this by not even giving any type of offer to renew my lease, they sent me an offer that raised my rent - AGAIN. When I called them, the manager wouldn't even speak to me - she relayed messages through the girl who had answered the phone - and guess what' I was promised another call-back in a few days. Wonder what the chances are of getting one''''' DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A HUMAN BEING. Rent here if you want to be treated like a dog.
