I lived right by the pool on the first floor for four years. The size was great for the price. Occasionally neighbors were annoying, but I think I called the office maybe twice. There was an issue with the plumbing, they had to do some jackhammering next door to get down to fix the issue. Once it was fixed I never had a problem again. The management staff changed a little too often, especially since I really liked the one girl who got me in. The only other issue I had was the windows. They were not energy efficient, single pane glass and old. If things still looked the same and the windows were improved, I would try get the same apartment!
