I've had to change my review of this place - they are upping our rent again for the 2nd straight year in the middle of a depression. They have cumulatively upped the rent by over $100.00 and have done nothing to make this place a better place to live. My argument used to be that the rent was lower so you get what you pay for. Well now its as much as most other apartments, you just get nothing in return. Listen to all the negative reviews on this place - its no longer worth living here, we will be moving out in January.

That a lie, nothing get done like they suppose too,and you ask me we not getting what we paid for these hard days in time for an increase and not enough to pay on the checks to cover and I'm not on section8, working hard american. We paying for the section8 people that sit home all day.

Maintenance is terrible. The grounds keeper broke in my apartment and they allowed the basterd to continue working there. THe office staff is slack and ghetto. Nothing gets done. my dishwasher was broke a whole year! The space is great, but dont waste your time. You will not feel safe.
