I lived in this place for 2 long miserable years. The management (as many time it has changed)seemed to get worse, the rent (which they raised every year) was too high, the maintnance (regular and emergency) was short and slow with fullfiling request. There were constant arguments, fights, shootings and any kind of unpleasent distubances you can think of. No wonder the curtisy officer (who happens to be a richland county sherriffs deputy) moved out of that complex.Then when I told them I was moving they (management) started asking me why I was moving, where i was moving to, what was i getting house or another apartment etc. when I left there it was the best day ever for me. If you want to live in a more sophisticated pricier version of Gonzales gardens thats the place for you, but as for me and my child (which was my other reason for leaving because that place is not a child appropriate environment) I need, want, and got better

You right no more office on duty and the rent is too high when you have section8 living here too.
