Maintenance is terrible. The freaking groundskeeper broke into my apartment and they allowed the bastard to continue working there. My dishwasher was broke for a whole year. The place is not safe. Each level of the building I lived in someone had their apartment broken into. The office staff is terrible and unprofessional. Price keeps going up. Gunshots are often heard. Would not recommend this place.

I do agree.The Office Manager has poor leadrsship skills and no respect for her renters.She thinks all their ideas are not worthy of her time. She often refuse community events such as Crime Prevention Meetings, Community Meetings,ect. If not for the new Richland County Police Officer we would not have any crime prevention info.
