The Fairways is an excellent place to live. The staff is very attentive and willing to do anything for their residents. The maintenance staff is top of the line. They take care of their work orders quickly and effeciently. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I love my neighbors and the after hours representatives (Richland County Deputy Sheriffs)patrol the area and keep an eye out on the place.
