Look before you leap

I lived in these for three years. They are in need of renovation. The golf course is about the only selling point they have now. They did get rid of the guy that had really brought down the place. Things might change. The carpets are old and the kitchens are nothing special. The new paint job is about the only nice touch to it. The neighbors have become sketchy to where the norm is working on cars out in the parking lot in the middle of the day and abandoned cars are left unattended for upwards of months. I counted about 4-5 months for a truck with a flat tire that sat in front of a building. If you don't mind the families and kids, this will be OK for you . Single people might want to stay away. I saw a lot of people that had lived there for years begin to move away this year. Hopefully the new management will bring in much needed changes.
