Gone to the dumps

They have a new staff and nothing gets done quickly anymore.
The staff before was more efficient and they actually took the time to talk to you when you went to the office.
They brought in a bunch of new residents and they are scum.
There is loud music playing outside all the time.
I don't even feel safe walking around at night.
I have had problems but the office hasn't done anything about it.
When my lease expires, I am leaving.
I would leave eariler but they charge an outrageous fee to do so.
That is another thing.
You have to pay so much for your apartment plus a processing fee, pest control, water and sewer on one bill every month.
All they care about is how much they can charge the residents.
Money is what they care about and not the staff.
The only thing great about this property is their maintenance staff.
They are extremly nice and quick.
