Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2004-01-01
I lived here for four years. It was a nice complex at the beginning, but for the last two years they have let it go to crap. Gangsters and drugdealers have moved in big time. The last two years I lived there, there were cars broken into, apartments broken into, my downstairs neighbor was arrested, my other neighbor was raided and arrested for drugs, someone was shot, and that is just what I know went on around my building. There is also no parking now because people are having parties. The maintenance was good, but the management sucked. They tried to get as much money from you as they could, and they would promise things that they would not provide. Also, air conditioner units are very loud under the bedrooms. There are much better and SAFER places to live in Columbia so I would look around at other apartments.
