Beware of any review you read that says this place is great. It is written like it is an advertisement. The office staff probably wrote it to make their place look better. The Fairways used to have a lot of nice people living in there and now there are thugs. Oh and that one person that said they got an apartment for $500 dollars didn't tell you that when your lease comes up, it will go back to the higher rate or if you are late on your rent. Please, the place is in a great location, they just can't rent out the units because of the thugs. Not because of the area. Maintenance staff is great. That place would fall apart without them. The office staff are snots. When you walk into the office you felt like you were being an inconvenience. Oh by the way, parking sucks. Depending on were you live on the property, there isn't enough parking for the whole building.
