I have only lived here since July 2006 but I love this community! The ground are very well maintained and maintence is very prompt. Some of the comments I've read are pretty old(2002-2004), so I can't vouch for the Fairways back then. I see no evidence of broken down cars, inadequate parking, residents working on cars in the parking lot,rude office managers,etc. They only have 1 and 2 bedroom apartment, so you don't find many children. The pool is always clean,including having two grills for the residents to use. One is gas(they furnish)and the larger pit takes charcoals. There are no linen closets but I've made due. I love the open layout of my apartment. The bedrooms are separated by the livingroom and kitchen. I must not forget about the porch! There is door leading to the porch that one must open with a key, this them leads to the front door of my layout. I'll post again at the end of my lease.
