It's ok for the money

The apartments are well kept, and they have some great deals. Pretty quiet, and enough parking. Decent pool area...
Now for the bad: pretty close by is the "bad" area of Columbia. 2 Car break ins here on my first week. And the good deals seem to be brining in the wrong kind of renters. The grill by the pool is filty, we wasted a nice steak trying to use it. The office staff treated me much better when I was viewing the place, now they are kind of snobby when I go in to get packages. They didn't make moving in a easy project. They acted like I was wasting their time. They rushed me though signing the paperwork. There is almost NO closet space in the units. We had to use the washer dryer area as a closet. There are only 2 washer and dryer units at the clubhouse and people will leave their finished clothing in them all day. UPS and Fed ex are suppose to bring packages to your unit, but they never do. You have to wait for the office to be open to get your package. I don't hate it, but I don't love it, and I can see it going downhill already as they fill up the units and take on new office staff.
