I moved into the Fairways in September 2006 and found them better than my previous apt in Forest Acres however the mood quickly changed. The tenants upstairs were noisy, rude, and complained to the staff when I asked them to settle down which of course caused management to take their side. I find Debbie, Chrissy, and the rest of the mindless idiots in the management of the Fairways to be crass, rude, not very helpful, and without any real knowledge of how to run an apt complex. Several problems have come up including a bad disposal, bad toilets, and falling light fixtures. The apartments say they are 14 years old but that seems to be a lie because most of the wood and materials used to build the place are much older than that. The area surrounding has become somewhat disreputable and more ghetto than good. The amenities suck, the staff sucks, and most of the hoodlums moving into the place have no respect for the people living around them. Also if you are moving out plan on kissing your deposits goodbye because the retards in the management office will find a way to keep your money unless you actually have never lived in the apt because their expectations on the walk through are ridiculous. The water bills are insane, upwards of 60 bucks which leads me to believe that i must have been bathing, washing clothes in, and drinking sparkling water from a French aquifer for those prices. In all, the Fairways was a bad experience and one which has taught me many negative things about how to operate apartment complexes. The prices are ridiculous for the tiny size of these apts and not very competitive. the notes on the doors are consistent and very harrasing especially if you have pets because pets are not allowed to use the bathroom in this "pristine" property. Maintenance sucks too. Fairways, YOU SUCK!

Really?? you had this experience in 2006?? Because I lived there at the same time and it was amazing, safe, and there were no problems at all around my apartment. You must be thinking of somewhere esle!!
