Moving ASAP!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I've live here for about 2 years now and I've recently lost about 10 grand in property due to theft. The first year was fine then all of a sudden the thefts started. As recently as last night my roommates vehicle was broken into and he lost several thousand dollars worth of property. I'm getting out of here with the quickness.
