Positive: attractive well kept living enviroment. nice friendly staff. overall nice place to live.

Few problems: had problems with facets leaking, shower heads leaking, windows leaking, slow resposiveness on resolutions of fixing problems. when asked for assistance in rodent control they said it was not their responsiblity. security gate does not fulfill its responsibilty in allowing only one car to enter at a time because of a motion detector. i have seen many instances were several vehicles enter without using the gate pass (following close to a car that had opened the gate).
