I want to be fair because I haven't lived here in a while since 2007 so maybe this problem is being resolved, but I stayed sick all the time due to exposure to mold and mildew in these apartments mostly in the closets, was moved to a different unit and still was sick every morning with headaches my doctor told me I was being exposed to some type of mold so eventually I moved. Also the walls are so thin you can hear the people talk,walk,sing,and having sex very clearly. The place just needs to be upgraded but if they do upgrades the rent probably won't be as resonable or affordable. Overall the neighborhood is great,schools,shopping centers,gyms,parks,swimming pools I was able to due my walks without being fearful for my life so sometimes the good out weighed the bad. Enjoy your new home though!
