i live in a 4 bedroom in the lofts and it is HORRIBLE.
there is no privacy, never any quiet, everything is constantly breaking, and as soon as something gets fixed something else goes wrong.
the staff is rude and incompetent. They will pretty much fine you for anything to get a little bit more money, AND, the renovations were --------. everything is still ------ and falling apart, and there are lead-based paint chips all over the place.
DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF, you will regret it, and it is almost impossible to get out of your lease.
