I hate this place and you will too. I am counting down the days until the end of my lease. I moved into this apartment thinking that the area and the price was great but I soon realized differently. I was promised before moving in that loitering in the parking lot was not tolerated. I soon became accustomed to guys hanging around outside when I got off from work and it was difficult for the residents to find parking spaces. I also had a major problem with the maintenance. There was always something broke in my apartment and the maintenance took their time to fix everything. The faucet in the kitchen works when it wants to, so i have to bring water from the bathroom to wash the dishes. My AC is leaking so i always have a puddle of water in front of my bathroom door. Also the hot water runs out in about 2 and a 1/2 minutes. The bugs that you will find in your apartment are the size of your hand. The office personnel and property manager are even worst than the maintenance staff. They always have attitudes as is you are such a burden to them. This is the kicker! Since I have lived in the Park, my boyfriend's car has gotten stolen, as well as, two other tenants, one resident got beat with a pistol in the parking lot, and another got shot by another tenant. Please beware before moving into this nightmare.
