This is by far the worst complex I've ever lived in. The setting is dangerous and ghetto, my windows rattled from other residents testing their woofers, the illegal -------- underneath me insisted on having church every week in their apartment, I've NEVER gotten a single thing fixed after the first call (or first week). They charge you to use the pool, only let you have two cars in the parking lot, NEVER return your phone calls and leave messages for you on your door so that everyone can see when you're out of town. The electricity bill for this place is outrageous because they're running 40 year old heating and air and i can wiggle the pains of glass in the windows. you can feel the outside weather from about seven inches away. I've been harrassed by other residents, the office has missplaced my rent check on several occaisions and tried to charge me late fees, and they're NOTORIOUS for changing the rules without notifying you. They also won't tell you your rent is late until they send you an eviction notice...
