We moved in in April under the old management.

The apartment was clean and painted.

The windows don't rattle and the stove is brand new.

The new management is nice.

We had a leak complaint under the old management and they looked and did nothing.

The new management came after we complained again on a Sunday.

This is good.

We moved from a very lax rundown place and this place is clean.

We have Palmetto bugs here and they get in when the door opens but no other bugs.

We do not like the water and sewer bills.

That is a little high but the rent for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment is good and a deal.

The place is kept clean outside and the garbage pick up is prompt.

No large bags outside the dumpster on weekends as compared to some other places on Longcreek road.

Take a look.

The place is good except for the lights facing building 13. They are out in the parking lot. We complained and still they are not fixed. When someone falls down and breaks a leg maybe they may fix it. Bad way to do things but they should take care of it.
