I live in this apartment complex now only because it is close to work. I will say of all of the apartment complexes that I have lived in, this is absolutely the worst. Managment in the office has changed three times since Dec of 05. The managment does not care about the tennents or the property. If you decide to rent here; I would suggest looking under all of the sinks and around the celings for signs water damage, checking for signs of insects the apartment and on the balcony. I would very stongly sugest that you request to stay in the apartment for one night befor signing a lease to evaluate the noise from the surrounding apartments and to make sure the air conditioner/heater and refridgerator is in proper working condition. There are currently only two Maintence Men for the entire complex. In my oppinion, their knowledge of the problems that might arise with plumbing and air conditioning are not sufficent to fix anything that might break. When small problems arise they are not much more knowledgable. You should be prepared to request that problems be fixed several times. Watch out for phrases like and questions like, "You did not put in a service request for that. Did you specifically ask for that in the service request'" Also, when proplems arise with other tennents be prepared to call 911 as Managment will do nothing to help. When tennents have asked for the on-site courtsey officer's number they have been refered to an anserwing service. Make sure, if you move here, that the shocks on your car are in good repair due to the constant driving over pot holes that are never fixed and therefore get deeper and wider. In short I feel that Managment in ineffective, unresponsive and neglegant. I feel that the overworked maintence men are not qualified or simply do not know how to fix the numerous problems with these aging apartments.
