The apartment itself is not entirely bad, and the rooms and closets are fairly decent sized. The problems are completely with the management and maintenance. While being uncooperative and not answering phones or returning calls, the maintenance and management people put off repairs as long as possible...such as a month to fix a dishwasher and nearly as long to fix a leak that flooded a closet and molded the walls. The entire place needs to be updated, but their plan of action is to raise rent prices and only fix the things that people repeatedly call over and over about. It's simply not worth the hassle--probably every place will develop at least two problems in a year.
