Not Safe and Not Sanitary

During the year that me and my roommates lived here, my roommate has been robbed at gun point and my car has been keyed, a window broken, and windshield vandalized. Every so often someones tires are slashed somewhere on the property. There is also a terrible mold problem with the hot water heater and leaks from the unit above or roof in every unit I've been in personally. Utility charges are outrageous due to faulty wiring and old and moldy air filters. Maintenance is very slow to respond if at all and management could not care less about the residents. Save some time. Don't consider this place.
