After reading the previous reviews I was a little wary about moving into this place, but now I realize that things are a lot better than they used to be. The previous 2 authors lived in the apartments under the old management. The place was sold and now a new company manages the place. They are currently un the process of renovating the entire complex. All apartment homes assigned as of now have been completely renovated with all new appliances, all new paint and carpeting. Even down to the management office, laundry, and pool area have all been renovated. New management is nice and seems to want to help out with any little problem you might have. Definitely give this place a chance now - new company has pumped a lot of money into the project and you can tell.
